Physical Therapy (PT)

Children with motor delays and impairments can benefit from PT.

Using evidence-based practices, they can be taught to navigate their environment inspite of physical limitations, maximize functional independence, and actively participate in play and other childhood experiences. For adolescents, PT can promote general fitness and wellness, target weight loss or maintenance goals, and support sports-specific requirements of an active lifestyle.
