Occupational Therapy (OT)
OT helps children and adolescents adapt to environmental needs, perform activities of daily living, learn appropriate social skills, regulate behavior and function optimally in school and at home with the use of evidence-based practices. By addressing sensory, socioemotional, feeding and fine-motor issues, they support parents and teachers in handling the child as he/she goes about home and school routines. OT prepares children to become self-sufficient and productive adults according to their individual capabilities.
